TerraAxis Commodities & Logistics Ltd is a Ghanaian agricultural commodities, trading and logistics company based in Accra. The company is incorporated as a private limited liability company under Ghana’s Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992).

Logistics & Haulage Coordination
We coordinate tailored transport based on commodity type, volume, road access, and destination. Logistics cover farm-gate collection, aggregation depot transfers, bulk haulage, delivery scheduling, and warehouse communication.
Local & International Trading
We bridge producers with processors, manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, exporters, and international buyers. International transactions remain subject to applicable permits, quality standards, customs clearances, and contract terms.
Contract Sourcing
Buyers can engage TerraAxis to secure commodities based on customized written parameters covering specific product varieties, required tonnage, moisture levels, defect limits, packaging, delivery timelines, and inspection protocols.

How We Work
1. Buyer Requirement
The buyer provides the commodity, quantity, specifications, packaging, destination, delivery period, inspection requirements and proposed commercial terms.
2. Source Identification
TerraAxis identifies potential farmers, commercial producers and aggregators within its network.
3. Availability Verification
The team confirms source location, estimated quantity, harvest or collection period, product condition, supplier identity and indicative price.
4. Quality and Commercial Confirmation
Buyer and supplier requirements are compared. Samples, photographs, inspection or testing may be coordinated where required.
5. Aggregation and Logistics Planning
Collection, loading, packaging, vehicle selection, delivery scheduling and communication are organised.
6. Delivery & Transaction Review
The commodity is dispatched with agreed transaction documents. Delivery is acknowledged we feedback and records lessons to improve future sourcing and delivery.

No claim of certification, export grade, or organic status is published without consignment-specific evidence.

Traceability supports product integrity, customer confidence, and responsible sourcing. TerraAxis is developing a transaction-level system designed to record relevant information from the supplier or aggregation point to the customer's delivery location.
